What to look for

AC inlet

Find the recessed inlet on the case-facing end. Mains power enters here and the enclosed supply converts it to regulated DC. Keep the enclosure closed.

Modular outputs

Turn to the cable panel opposite the mains inlet. Detachable leads feed the board, graphics card and drives. Use cables approved for the exact PSU revision.

Cooling grille

Look through the grille to find the fan. Its airflow removes heat produced during power conversion. The artist identifies the RM650 family without specifying the production revision.
