CPU socket
Find the square metal retention frame. It holds the AM5 processor against the socket contacts so the board can deliver power and carry signals.
Memory channels
The long parallel DIMM sockets beside the CPU accept DDR5 modules. Dual-channel operation lets the processor access two memory channels in parallel.
Storage and expansion
Identify the long PCIe expansion slot, then look for the lower-profile M.2 covers. The board provides two Gen 5 ×4 M.2 interfaces and one Gen 4 ×4 interface.
